What They Will Learn:
Day #1: 
"How lucky am I?"
How lucky am I?
We all go through our lives, (children and adults alike) on auto pilot. Sometimes we begin to take things for granted. We will slow things down for a bit and help us take inventory of all the wonderful things in our lives that we may be overlooking each day. 
Day #2: 
"Starting my day."
How our day begins has everything to do with how the rest of the day will go.  Having a fun morning ritual with a "morning mantra" will help set a positive mindset for your day! 
We will learn a few fun ways for you and your kids to start their day with a positive mindset.
Day#3: 
"Why do I need gratitude?"
We will talk about why feeling appreciation and gratitude helps us to be happier in our lives. 
Learning to nurture gratitude can and will become second nature, after you practice a few simple things.
